Death of a Primetime Diva

Currently playing: "Sweet Disposition" by The Temper Trap

After the grandiose 30th month-long birthday celebration,
the Queer Bee was found...
almost dead.

Get-away bags stuffed with the following;

Tanning lotion.
Maxed out credit cards.
Sunblock.
Disconnected telephone lines.
Sarong.
Drained savings account.
Board shorts.
Confused mind.
Sewing kit.
Exhausted energy.
Medicine kit.
Broken heart.
Airline tickets.
Lovely bones.
Beach essentials.
A beautiful face.
And a pouch full of drama.

The death of the primetime diva gave birth to a drama queer.

Queer, Ressurected

Currently playing: "Us" by Regina Spektor

Where have me been?

I have been sleeping if not working for the past few months.
I have been busier (than ever) from the time that I was transferred to the new department.
Busier. At work.
Lazier. At home.

My friend Bunchy Linking (not her real name) reminded me that I have been wasting my weekends over comfort foods (did I mention I'm now cooking my own meal in my own kitchen?) and replays of Audrey Hepburn classics.
According to her sarcastic tweet: I should "practice living" again.
Well, part of me has been dead.
Most of my time were spent at the office trying to correct other people's behavior while I can't check my own.
All this time I have been cruel, mad and vengeful.
To myself.
