He was tackling on the inflation rate of the Filipino enrollees this year.
Truth is,
it can't be helped.
The current Philippine government never prioritized the education system.
It's always painful thinking that millions of Filipino kids can no longer afford to go to school.
Education has already been a privilege and it's no longer a right.
The rich ones can monopolize education and the poor uneducated ones were all left in the dark,
starving physically and mentally.
The government doesn't really care,
or they never really paid attention to this matter.
The parents on the other hand can be blamed.
They should not blame the economy.
Price hike shouldn't be an excuse.
Price hike should be their excuse on giving birth.
Sometimes,
too much democracy is a pain in the ass.
What am I talking?

If only I have the choice on where my taxes should go then it should be for the education.
At least,
you'll feel the impact that you are paying taxes for a good cause.
Unlike paying taxes for maintaining somebody's mole.
You are paying taxes but you're security is always at risk.
You are paying taxes but you're always stucked in the trafic.
You are paying taxes but you're shoes is still soaked with mud.
You are paying taxes but you'll end up dead due to expensive public hospital bills.
Damn it!
